By accepting the Privacy Policy in the registration process or by visiting and using the Service, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.

2. WHO WE ARE

InScrivere Technologies, Inc. is a private company incorporated in the province of Alberta, Canada. We provide an audit, governance, risk and compliance enterprise cloud solution to our customers. Our customers control the information that they collect, upload and store in the cloud application and are the data controllers of that information. We are the data processor or service provider for the information that they collect, upload and store in the cloud application and we only process such information in accordance with their instructions. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to this information.On the other hand, we are the data controllers for the personal information that we collect directly from our customers as described in the sections below in this Policy.

We understand that the users of our Service will span a wide range of individuals from various countries. Our aim is to be as consistent as possible and obey all applicable laws and apply the highest standard of privacy laws to our approach.

3. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect several types of information for various purposes to improve our Service and provide you with the best possible service.

  1. Personal information you disclose to us
