What payment methods do you accept?

InScrivere accepts a variety of secure payment options:

  • ACH bank transfers
  • Interac e-Transfer (Canada only)
  • Wire transfers (enterprise plans only)

For enterprise customers, we can accommodate custom payment arrangements including invoicing with net-30 terms. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We never store complete credit card information on our servers.

Can customers easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription? Are there any penalties?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time by reaching out to our support team, with no penalties:

When upgrading: You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. New features will be available immediately.

When downgrading: The new lower rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll maintain access to your current features until the end of your current billing period.

When canceling: You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. For monthly subscriptions, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. For annual subscriptions, service continues until the end of your paid term.

All your data and settings will be preserved when switching between plans. After cancellation, you'll have 90 days to export your data.

Do you offer refunds if customers are unsatisfied?
